WORLD CONGRESS ON OSTEOPOROSIS, OSTEOARTHRITIS AND MUSCULOSKELETAL DISEASES

We would like, on behalf of the Organizing Committee of the World Congress on Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis and Musculoskeletal Diseases (WCO-IOF-ESCEO Paris 2019), to thank you very much for your tremendous participation to the Congress.

We are very proud to inform you that the 19th edition of the WCO-IOF-ESCEO Congress was a huge success!

4136 delegates took part in the largest event in the field of osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, frailty and sarcopenia.

The Scientific Advisory Committee, co-chaired by Professor René Rizzoli and Professor Cyrus Cooper, had an extremely difficult task, to select oral presentations, among 1416 submitted abstracts of the highest quality.
501 Awards were distributed during the congress.

We thank you once again for your much appreciated and active participation during the Congress.

The future edition of the WCO-IOF-ESCEO Congress will be held in 2020 in Barcelona (Spain). We are eagerly looking forward to counting you among our privileged participants for this future edition.

The congress chairmen are honoured to announce that 1.416 abstracts were submitted for this 2019 edition of the WCO-IOF-ESCEO! This extraordinary number of abstracts is the largest ever recorded since the beginning of the Congress.

The 18th edition of the WCO-IOF-ESCEO Congress beat all records!

  • 3965 delegates took part in the largest event in the field of osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, frailty and sarcopenia.
  • The Scientific Advisory Committee, co-chaired by Professor René Rizzoli and Professor Cyrus Cooper, had an extremely difficult task, to select oral presentations, among 1513 submitted abstracts of the highest quality.
  • 565 Awards were distributed during the congress.

Accreditations

EUROPEAN ACCREDITATION

The WCO-IOF-ESCEO 2019 Paris Congress has been granted 20 European CME credits (ECMEC) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).

AMERICAN ACCREDITATION

EACCME credits can be converted to AMA credits for American delegates.
Belgian and Italian accreditations are in process. More information will be provided closer to the meeting.
